per apartment, with additional $20 per month rental plus pet deposit.
Deposit is
$150 for apartments with wood floors, $300 for those with carpet.
No dogs allowed at
692 or 984 N. High. Acceptance of a pet is conditional upon interview of pet and
pet's owner.
Owner clean up of common areas required
and lease requires control of pet by owner.
